Services

Tru Sparkling Solutions provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout our service area.

All services are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope of work.

Estimates

All estimates are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.

Final pricing may change if:

• The property's condition differs from what was described.

• Additional rooms or services are requested.

• The cleaning requires significantly more time than anticipated.

• There are excessive amounts of clutter, debris, pet waste, mold, biohazards, or other hazardous conditions.

Any pricing adjustments will be discussed before additional work is performed whenever possible.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Although we strive to arrive on time, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, previous appointments, or unforeseen circumstances.

Access to Property

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If our cleaning team cannot access the property or is delayed because of locked doors, missing keys, gate codes, utilities being turned off, or other circumstances outside our control, additional charges may apply.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best cleaning experience, customers agree to:

• Secure pets during the appointment.

• Inform us of any fragile or valuable items.

• Notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products before service begins.

• Provide accurate information regarding the property and requested services.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods listed on our website or invoices.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us in advance.

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, Tru Sparkling Solutions reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit before future appointments are scheduled.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

When appropriate, we may offer a touch-up or other reasonable resolution at our discretion.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Limitations of Service

For the safety of our employees and customers, we do not provide services involving:

• Biohazard cleanup

• Mold remediation

• Hoarding situations beyond normal cleaning

• Hazardous chemicals

• Pest or insect removal

• Heavy lifting of furniture or appliances

• Exterior work requiring ladders beyond safe working height

Property Damage

While our team exercises reasonable care during every cleaning, accidents can occur.

Any concerns regarding property damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

We reserve the right to inspect and investigate any claim before determining responsibility.
